What GoatLab is
GoatLab is a free-to-play collection of browser sports games. Optional purchases are described below.
In-game currency ("Goat Coins") and cosmetics have no cash value and are non-transferable.
GoatLab Pro (subscription)
Price & renewal: GoatLab Pro is $4.99 USD/month or $39.99 USD/year, billed
automatically to your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by
Stripe; we don't store your card details.
What you get: no ads across GoatLab games, every season’s GOAT Pass, and other
Pro perks as added. Benefits apply while your subscription is active.
Cancel anytime: go to goat-lab.app/cancel, or open the Store, tap GoatLab Pro,
then Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be
billed again after you cancel.
One-time unlocks
Rareball Archive + Eternity:$4.99 USD, charged once. It opens every past Rareball daily to
play any time, and Eternity mode (endless fresh runs). GoatLab Pro includes both while your subscription is
active, so Pro members do not need it.
The Sandbox:$9.99 USD, charged once. It opens the Sandbox lab on every GoatLab game that has
one, now and later.
No renewal: a one-time unlock is a single payment through Stripe. It is not a subscription, it
never renews, and there is nothing to cancel. It stays on the account you bought it with.
Refunds
Your first GoatLab Pro payment: if Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first
payment (monthly or yearly) and we will refund it in full and end the subscription.
Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renews and you did not mean it to, email us within 7 days of
the renewal charge and we will refund it and cancel the plan.
Other Pro payments: monthly renewals and partly used periods are not refunded. You can cancel at any
time to stop future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
One-time unlocks: if the Rareball Archive + Eternity unlock or the Sandbox is not for you, email us
within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. The unlock is then removed from your
account.
Goat Coins and items: coin packs, and anything bought with coins (passes, cosmetics, boosts), are final
once delivered and are not refundable. They have no cash value.
Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or did not make the purchase,
email us and we will fix it.
To ask for a refund, email pitchergami@gmail.com from the address on
your account with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and
usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded purchase is removed from your account. Nothing here limits
any refund or cancellation right the law in your country gives you.
Accounts
Purchases are tied to the account you are signed in with. Keep your account secure; benefits and balances
follow that account across devices.
Chat and community rules
Some parts of GoatLab let players write to each other, such as the tournament chat. By using them you agree to
these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players.
Not allowed: harassment or bullying, hate speech or slurs, threats or encouraging self-harm, sexual or
explicit content, spam or advertising, impersonating others, and sharing personal information (yours or anyone
else's), including phone numbers, addresses, emails and links.
What we do: every message is filtered automatically before it is shown. Any player can report a
message and block another player from the menu next to it. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content
that breaks these rules, and ban the accounts responsible from chat. Serious or repeated abuse can lose you your
account.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you would not want other players to read. To report
something directly or ask about a decision, email pitchergami@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update these terms or Pro's price/benefits; we'll post changes here, and material subscription
changes take effect on your next renewal.
